08/ MANCHESTER UMBRO CUP – VETERANS SOCCER TOURNAMENT

The 2008 Veterans Tournament – Saturday 9th and Sunday 10th August

The Umbro Veterans weekend competition is firmly established in the veteran’s football calendar and offers a great weekend of football fun and fellowship for soccer’s golden oldies.

A new formula for our Veterans 2006 programme was applied with great success and the same programme will apply for 2008.

Teams can elect to play in two, one day on either Saturday 5th August (8 Teams) or Sunday 6th August (8 Teams).

All teams will play a minimum of 3 games on each day with a maximum of 4 games – 40mins per game.
